This Privacy Policy describes how the developer (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application (“Health Adventure”).

Definitions

• Application refers to Health Adventure, the software program provided by the developer.
• Developer refers to the individual or team who provides Health Adventure.
• Device means any device that can access Health Adventure, such as a smartphone or tablet.
• Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
• Service refers to Health Adventure.
• Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of Health Adventure or from the app infrastructure itself (e.g., crash logs).
• You means the individual using Health Adventure.
• Subscription refers to the premium membership service that provides access to additional features within Health Adventure.

Collecting and Using Your Data

Types of Data Collected

• Health Data: With your permission, we access health data (steps, sleep, water intake, workouts) from Apple HealthKit. This data is used solely within Health Adventure to power game features and is never sent to our servers.
• User Profile: Information such as nickname, avatar, language, and weight is stored locally on your device and/or in your iCloud account (if enabled).
• Game Progress: Your character's stats, inventory, achievements, and other progress are stored locally and/or in iCloud (if enabled).
• Subscription Data: If you subscribe to premium features, your subscription status and purchase history are managed by Apple's StoreKit. We do not collect or store your payment information.
• Usage Data: We may collect anonymous usage data and crash logs to improve Health Adventure. This may include device type, OS version, and feature usage statistics.

Third-Party Analytics and Crash Reporting

We use third-party services, including Firebase Analytics, Google Analytics, and Crashlytics, to help us understand how Health Adventure is used and to improve its stability and performance. These services may collect information such as device type, operating system version, app usage patterns, and crash reports. This data is shared with Google and is subject to their privacy policy. How We Use Your Data

• To provide and personalize game features (character growth, dungeons, achievements, etc.)
• To manage your profile and game progress
• To enable and manage premium subscriptions
• To improve Health Adventure and fix bugs (via anonymous analytics and crash logs)

Data Storage

• Health data and game progress are stored locally on your device and, if you enable iCloud, in your personal iCloud account. We do not have access to your iCloud data.
• Uninstalling Health Adventure will delete all data stored locally on your device. However, data stored in iCloud will remain unless you manually delete it from your iCloud account.
• Subscription status is managed by Apple and not stored on our servers.
• We do not operate our own backend servers for user data.

Data Sharing

• We do not share your personal data with third parties except as described above for analytics and crash reporting.
• Health data is never shared or sold.
• Subscription and payment processing is handled by Apple.

Your Rights and Choices

• You can revoke HealthKit permissions at any time in your device's Settings.
• You can delete your data by uninstalling Health Adventure (local data) and by removing Health Adventure data from your iCloud account (if used).
• If you use iCloud, you can manage your data via your Apple ID account.

International Users – GDPR and CCPA

If you are located in the European Union, United Kingdom, California, or other regions with data protection laws, you may have certain rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, or delete your data. Children's Privacy

Health Adventure is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
